Im walking out of a sandwich shop wearing my golden tate Jersey and a guy walking by with the most condescending tone said "sweet chase Anastasio Jersey man" haha idk if i should be offended or suprised any one remembered him

Heck, I'd roll with it. The guy had to be a pretty good fan to remember Chase.

This is what I'll always remember from Anastasio:

Notre Dame still had one more chance to try and pull out a last second victory. However, on the ensuing kickoff, Chase Anastasio ran through Justin Hoskins’ stop sign to take a touchback and was tackled at the Irish 12-yard line.

He tried returning a kick from about 8 yds deep in the end zone with one minute left to go against BC in 2004. I specifically remember this game as the moment I knew Ty was done.

Chase Anastasio was one of my favorite WRs to throw to in the NCAA football games lol.

Never forget that block. Nothin like completely bundling someone on SC to spring a TD return. I was in 6th grade for that game, holy shit.

Amazing work he has done with Phish. Nice to see former ND football players doing great things in other areas.
