Suggestion: Weekly shooting the breeze posts

Just a quick thought, with the rise in threads going off-topic (hand up i am guilty of this alot, i can't refuse a good lolz) would it be a good idea to have a weekly thread, maybe on a friday in the offseason for folks to shoot the breeze, make avatar bets, bag on recruiting reporters and what not? seems like it would save our mods alot of work cleaning up recruit threads.

I think Tom Loy does some dumb things sometimes.

I also think the Loy haters will never give him credit where it's due, and that they will always hold their grudges from his early struggles.

I also think the Loy lovers will never realize that he is playing them just like he plays subscribers for clicks.

I also think Loy didn't do anything wrong in the Crawford situation either time, but IM played him like a fiddle.

And I'd be willing to bet he smells like beef and cheese, but I do enjoy how riled up he gets everybody, and he seems to be doing a better job at getting plugged in to big recruitments.
