These guys were my fist concert, back in Februaryish of 2010. I hated the show, as I had never listened to them prior haha I saw them again last fall and they were much better.

I think Fate is by far their best album.

Interesting, I haven't listened to much of Fate. I like Be the Void and then B-Room the most (and Shadow People). I'll have to try it out.

Not at all. I can hear it. Both have a British Invasion/Psychedelic/"Surfer Rock" mix to them. Both are from LA (I think?).

I thought more of the The Zombies immediately, but can definitely hear the Doors. Actually it may be a better comparison- depends on the song(s) I guess.

There was some great music out when I was in my twenties. Starting with GnR and late 80s heavy metal and then the 90s with Nirvana, Soundgarden, Radiohead, Alice in Chains, and many alternative bands that weren't mega stars, but had great music!

I'm downloading a bunch of CDs to i-tunes tonight, so I'm taking a trip down memory lane.
