So I stayed away from the thread because I recorded the show, so my apologies if all of these have been discussed. There's always a lot to read after each episode. I'll catch up on the thread, but in the meantime:

1) I'm with you guys on the cross draw. I feel there is something to it, but I don't think it's him becoming more like the governor. I think the opposite. I think he still isn't himself and still not comfortable shooting.

2) The watch. I have a feeling that we will be seeing that again.

3) Bob the Boozer. Is he going to be a problem or the guy that gets "fixed"? There always seems like there is someone battling inner demons. It's been Rick for a while, does Rick start being the leader he used to be? Does Bob step up and tackle his?

4) Does Tyreese find out about Carol? Does he look for her?

5) The governor... for reelz... where is this dude?

So... The Governor is back, eh?

Also, the soundtrack is really good this season. Anybody else notice that?

I refuse to take your opinion on TV shows seriously until you watch the dramatic sensation that is Breaking Bad. It's on freaking Netflix.

You are still dumb.

GREAT episode tonight. I had a really bad feeling all night that Herschel was gonna die, glad I was wrong. Ending was sweet

I thought the same. I thought he was going to go out fighting for sure. I also knew there was no way they were going to get rid of Glen, and with the intensity of the episode, you would think they had to get a rid of a high profile character.

Was on the edge of my seat the entire last half hour. This season has been pretty damn good, at least compared to what we've been used to. Great, great episode.

Definitely a wow episode. Anyone else notice there were several tents with the Governor? Wondering exactly how many there are. And on Talking Dead someone asked a good question - Could Bob be a spy for the Governor?

What an episode. Too many conflicting emotions!!

How many more episodes are going to be for the Governor story? I'm also glad they didn't immediately kill off the two new attractive women.

Why'd they wait like 53 minutes into the episode for them to bone??

Yeah, I kind of liked the episode...but I'm somewhat leery of a completely divergent storyline, that seems to be coming.

Also, did y'all hear a spinoff of the show looks to be coming in 2015?

Will supposedly be in another location from Georgia and will focus on the outbreak/immediate aftermath.

I don't think they are going to divulge into two story lines. The governor is going to end up meeting the gang ant the prison at some point. My guess is to try to convince Rick to take in the woman and kid. I think that's why the episode before this one ended with the scene of the governor outside of the jail.

You dudes watch Talking Dead after the show? I like that show. Cool concept to talk about the episode after. Always has interesting guests. The actor that plays the governor was on last night. Good stuff.

Yeah, we like talking Dead, too. Its well done. As for this storyline there will definitely be a meeting of these two groups. It has very interesting possibilities.

And a spinoff is definitely coming but I didn't see specifics on it yet.

The last two episodes have been really good, in my opinion. The scene when the Governor emerges from his tent and he is all alone is really powerful. It really conveyed the sense of solitude and loneliness. He has to kill the guys that left him. No way he lets that act escape justice!

Hey, at that old folks home, the Governor, were they trying to show his humanity, or do I remember he was an administrator at a nursing home before the outbreak, and he actually knew those old people?

So the Governor is back to bat$hit crazy. No surprise. But did anyone watch Talking Dead after? The glimpse of next week's episode at the end of last nights showed the Governor pointing a gun at Michonne and Hershel, then another glimpse shows Hershel running and someone pointing a gun at him and it looks like he's about to get it.

In Talking Dead, they had a longer preview in which the Governor is giving if Brian Kelly "Fire'em up speech" to get them to attack the prison and he says "...by now they'll have noticed their people are gone..." referring to Rick's gang.

Did anyone else notice/watch that? If so, who is gone? Would they kill off Michonne and Hershel? I am betting on Hershel more than Michonne, but you never know with this show...

Interesting. I don't think they would kill off Michonne. Should be an explosive episode next week.

When the Governor killed Mendez, or whatever his name was, my son said, "Why?" I must admit, I didn't have an answer. It was pitiful the way they said something about getting drunk, hitting golf balls, falling off the roof, off the building and into the pit. With nobody saying, "By the way new guy, did you see anything? Something like this has never happened before!"

Well, they just said, "Got drunk, hit some golf balls and then fell into the pit". Not really anything about falling off the roof but I get what you're saying. Sometimes things are convenient on these shows.

Kind of like how fast the new "romance" happened. What, no sweet talk? No time strolling the zombie infested woods on a moonlit night? Just jump in the sack together...right next to the Governor and his new girl...? Sheesh.

Looks like they are going to give the Governor his comic book storyline after all. But after his Woodbury people couldn't take the heat at the prison how are a bunch of un-organized people going to do it?

I didn't see the part where Hershel is about to get it, but I did see at the end of the episode where the Governor is pointing the gun at Michonne. However, Chris Hardwick DID say that there would be a surprise cast member on the couch and you wouldn't want to miss it (They probably always say that), so maybe it's going to be Hershel and he's gettin' the axe?

I think Herschel will definitely die this season, but I don't know if it's going to be next episode. Very good chance though. He had his "shining moment" episode already.
