It was hat day at my kid's school today. I watched my little one walk out of the house with a green 1983 ND hat I got from my grandfather. Still in perfect condition. The kid has tons of hats to wear, but he always chooses that one.

Coming home from work and seing my 19 month old light up and run to me when she sees me... best part of my day every day.

My daughter is a mommy's girl in every sense of the word, so my wife gets that treatment, while I get a "Hi Daddy" when I get home from work.

But when I surprise pick her up from daycare, she basically can't contain her excitement. It is the greatest feeling.

Also:
* Beating SC
* Michigan and SC losing
* Tailgating
* Going anywhere with my 2 year-old daughter and hearing her say 'thank you' without being asked (she rarely forgets to say it.).
* Firm, big, round booties. Nothing better IMO.
* Fall break (one week off from work!)
* The Office re-runs
* Quality time with the wifey
* Getting a beer with good friends.
