Also don't know if it was posted but Fleming was waived a while back by the Niners due to injury.

On the bright side it looks like C Wood made the Texans, they cut his main competition today.

Fleming was Waived/Injured, which means if he clears waivers then he goes on the 49ers' IR. He did, so he is still with the 49ers. Ben Ijalana for the Colts did that last year.

Thanks. Didn't understand that.

Also looks like Jonas might be really on the bubble in Miami.

A lot of people have been bumping old player threads, and that's great, but I think it would be helpful for people if there was a collective thread as well to track our pro players. I really want to make a list of everyone in the pros because there isn't one out there. As of August 10th, the former Notre Dame players in the NFL are:

Jonas Gray, RB, Miami Dolphins
Sam Young, OL, Buffalo Bills
Darrin Walls, CB, New York Jets
Mike Golic Jr, OL, Pittsburgh Steelers
Tyler Eifert, TE, Cincinnati Bengals
Trevor Robinson, C, Cincinnati Bengals
Kapron Lewis-Moore, DE, Baltimore Ravens (active/non-football injury list)
Braxton Cave, OL, Cleveland Browns
Jamoris Slaughter, DB, Cleveland Browns
Sergio Brown, FS, Indianapolis Colts
Robert Hughes, FB, Indianapolis Colts
Ryan Harris, OT, Houston Texans
Cierre Wood, RB, Houston Texans
David Bruton, S, Denver Broncos
Manti Te'o, ILB, San Diego Chargers
Anthony Fasano, TE, Kansas City Chiefs
Justin Tuck, DE, New York Giants
Robert Blanton, S, Minnesota Vikings
John Carlson, TE, Minnesota Vikings
Kyle Rudolph, TE, Minnesota Vikings
Harrison Smith, S, Minnesota Vikings
John Sullivan, C, Minnesota Vikings
Theo Riddick, RB, Detroit Lions
Zeke Motta, S, Atlanta Falcons
Jimmy Clausen, QB, Carolina Panthers
JJ Jansen, LS, Carolina Panthers
Eric Olsen, G, New Orleans Saints
Derek Landri, DT, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Ian Williams, NT, San Francisco 49ers
Darius Fleming, LB, San Francisco 49ers (IR)
Brady Quinn, QB, Seattle Seahawks
Golden Tate, WR, Seattle Seahawks
Michael Floyd, WR, Arizona Cardinals

Players who have been on teams this off-season.
Robby Toma, WR Cut by the Cardinals on August 21st
Brian Smith, LB Cut by the Bills on August 30th
Armando Allen, RB Cut by the Bears on August 30th
Tom Zbikowski, S Cut by the Bears on August 25th

Updated for the cuts so far this off-season. I think a large majority of the guys left are pretty safe.

Correct he cleared waivers and is on IR. hope he makes a full recovery and makes the squad next year

No, Zibby!

On the plus side, if I ever decide to stop being a Browns fan, Minnesota is still the home of ND Football in the NFL.

I just can't get into following ND players in the pros. I wish them the best and when the succeed I am happy but I don't really care either way. Example being Brady and Jimmy. Haven't done much and may never. Now orry here. However, I did like to hear that BQ used his earnings and immediately put it to good use with his charity. That is something I will always appreciate in the pros from an ND MAN.

EDIT: I think it was with NDukwe?

Big game for Golden Tate. I saw Theo Riddick got a few plays too. Michael Floyd is having a great game, John Carlson and Robert Hughes are getting a few touches. Manti is getting some playing time tonight. Awesome to see all these Notre Dame alums making an impact.
