Per II Reese camped at ND this weekend and BK and Chuck Martin really liked him and told him they would watch for him this fall and invited him back to visit. Kid was a backup to 4:s: QB Kyle Bolin headed to Louisville last year but saw PT since Bolin tore his ACL. ISD had a story about him Wednesday:

Rising 2015 QB Coming To Camp

“I went down to Florida a couple weekends ago and I got called into Coach Brent Pease’s office, they were really impressed with me and he said that I was in the top two for my class...I’ve always dreamed of going to Notre Dame. I’ve gone to Catholic school my whole life and I’ve always wanted to go to a Catholic school for college, so that would work out great for me.”

Definitely a name to watch moving forward

Good size, athletic, and can put some zip on the ball. His completion percentage is a bit low but he is only a sophomore and even in that short highlight video, his receivers had a few easy drops. Seems to get happy feet and likes to scramble around instead of sitting in the pocket.

Another QB named Rees, PASS.

I keed. I'd like to see more extensive game tape though, plus we are in the running for a lot of good '15 QBs.

Ryan received some high praise for his play last season. He was forced into action before he was really ready... mentally and physically... and still performed pretty well. His development the next couple of years will be worth watching. And by his statements, it appears ND will be his leader out of the gate. Great news for the Irish.
