NBA Championship. I hate how Americans think our pro champions are the world champions.

If we called the MLS champion the world champ, that would be ignorant. The other sports have the best players in the world in their leagues. It's dumb to argue otherwise.

Ok name the team in Europe or China that's going to compete with these teams. Please. Do you get upset when the NFL calls the Super Bowl winner world champions? They should really have to play Alabama and the CFL champions first right?

I do think some top European clubs could compete, but that's not the point. The U.S. pro leagues have hands down the best leagues in most cases, but that does not make them the 'World Champion'.

Honestly if I was going to make a completely unemotional decision I would put out feelers for Wade too. He's had a good game but his trade value is higher than his actual worth at this point.
