beating Oklahoma State couple of years ago when they were ranked #3 and unbeaten was a big deal, despite their records they are trending upwards i would say.

Is it just me, or are we just kind of silently getting a lot of interest from high caliber guys?

Because guys like Nick Watkins, Solomon Thomas, and KD Cannon all seem to have quite a bit of interest in Notre Dame but it's never really talked about

I think some of these kids just really don't like the crazed media attention as high school juniors. But I am very glad they are giving ND some positive vibes that wouldn't have been there a couple years ago. Keep building the program and we will keep getting the interest.

HUGE!!! That is a lot of AWESOME, this young man is a Notre Dame type of kid, I am glad we were able to show him that we deserve each other.

That's pretty nice to hear. I like the fact that Coppell and Dallas are very near (if i am not wrong) and maybe he and Nick are friends and can come together to ND. Also, they can play at Darrell K Royal in 2016. It is an interesting situation. Get him and Watkins would be devastating for the Longhorns given that already Tamu and LSU are very strong recruiting there.

At the risk of derailing... Who is the biggest get of Lazard, Thomas and Kizer? I'll take Thomas despite the QB quandry that's ahead. Straight Beast.

Tough call. I'd say 1) Thomas 2) Kizer 3) Lazard. If we didn't need a QB I'd put Kizer last.

I really like Kizer but I'd say Thomas. After watching what a dominant D can do last year with a sub par offense I'll take the D. Other things that go into my rational. Golson could be coming back, Zaire will be in front of Kizer anyways, and 2015 QB's cycle is stacked.

I don't know if you guys listen to Sirius NFL radio, but I have been an avid listener since 2004 and a year or so ago pat kirwan ( the man) asked numerous head coaches if they could have 2 elite pass rushers or 4 elite db's. the nfl hc's unanimous choice was two pass rushers.

Thomas and Williams would be unbelievable!

Thomas, Williams, and a NG would be unreal when adding them to Hayes and Trumbetti.
