Interesting comments from TJ34/Sampson, paraphrasing what they both said together: ND is/has recruited alot of AH players, Deeb, Michel, McKenzie, McFadden, & Gibson to date and the staff is almost also recruiting Mike Rumph, the HC, in attempts to form a pipeline. TJ even said Rumph is on "our side" in McFadden's recruitment. They also had Rumph come speak at The Coaches Clinic. TJ said to expect Gibson/McFadden/McKenzie to visit this fall.

Ohio State has been recruiting Torrance Gibson since his freshman year. At the south Florida dog and pony shows, this kid stands out. You can see it in the respect he receives from the other competitors. So many positions he can play, but if Torrance has a successful senior year at quarterback, he may see himself as a dual threat qb. Does Notre Dame consider quarterback his position? Big frame wide receiver, and on defense, you'd have to go back all the way to Luther Bradley for a comparison.
