I think he means with James continuing in the footsteps of Floyd and the others mentioned above. The pipeline being in place and continuing helps Notre Dame's chances of landing him.

The 6-foot-3, 230-pound Cornell was the top class of 2015 prospect on hand. While he left early with a teammate to make an unofficial visit to Northern Illinois, he was dominant at times in one-on-one’s with an excellent first step and the natural ability to run the arc.
