Are there actually rules out there related to banishment? If so, I probably should read them before I go after "ANT whatever," the Ohio State troll. I can't help myself with those people sometimes.

I just don't understand why fans of other teams hang out here? There are a glut of Florida boards. I don't go trolling around USC or Tennessee's boards because I just don't care what their fans are talking about. I don't understand trolling at all.

There was a very long period of time I thought he was totally on the up and up and unfairly criticized. Then I realized he was completely intellectually dishonest. Here's is how you tell if someone is a troll:

1. They say something borderline.
2. Someone calls them on it or asks them a direct question.
3. They intentionally don't answer your question or play dumb or refuse to act rational.

The moment everyone should've realized he was a troll was after the Sugar Bowl.

Example --
ALLGATOR: Bridgewater is the best QB in college football
IrishRugger2013: Yeah he was good, I don't think he's the best in football
ALLGATOR: Who do you think is better?

Really? "Who do you think is better?" Like that's a legitimate question? ALLGATOR himself even pimped Manziel as the greatest thing since sliced bread in many other threads. Throughout the year ALLGATOR talked about a bunch of different guys... not one single post on Bridgewater.

Then as soon as his team gets violated on national TV by Louisville, he states that Bridgewater is the "best QB in college football" like it's a commonly accepted fact... and even challenges on IrishRugger on it... when you won't find a single analyst anywhere who'd say Bridgewater is the #1 QB in the country nor do his stats remotely justify that kind of statement.

If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck... IT'S A TROLL.

Though I would share my favorite Alligator memory other people can do the same. My favorite moment was our argument about the Bostic hit on Bridgewater in the Sugar Bowl. Of course Alligator went his metaphorical grave saying the hit was clean.

I kind of wonder what the psychological profile of a troll is. Assuming you have no real interest in the team on whose board you are posting, it seems you've got to be contrarian and troublemaker to do it. I suppose you could be an "ambassador of peace" from your real team to the trolled team, but when you consider the fanaticism of most college football fans, it's like an Ohio State fan trying to read a book: you just know it's going to end badly.

Were I a mod the day Deeb committed to ND, gatorbaiter would have been banished. His conduct was terminal.
