Not gonna lie, like some of you I woke up with hope. Then it was crushed when I had my coffee. I sound like a broken record but as good as he is why choose Miami. Current team is not good and there is a very good chance of sanctions.

Well this is just a stab, but Yuri had issues, AQM may not have it all together and peppers transferred and called Bosco out. Wonder what Bosco will look like going forward?

I would love to land AQM but we no big deal if he goes to Miami.

JK, Yankee, ITTC, LL, I'm with you guys. Woke up with a little bit of hope. Going to keep it till otherwise. I've been meh on this the last week, but now hoping for a surprise. Not going to be heart broken if it doesn't happen, but nothing wrong with holding on a little longer.

Spartan, interesting. Let's hope it's all a bunch of smoke and mirrors to throw everyone off.

I watched his film last night and imo, he's a monster. Noticeably better than the other 2 options at OLB (Hollins, Terrodney). Love to have him.

And if its academic and really serious, Miami may not take him yet. They just lost Angelo Luis Jean, their most solid commit, because of academic issues, and 4* receiver (marshall?) b/c of academics.

The U does have a bad rep, but they aren't willing to take kids like most other SEC schools. They have a bit higher academic standard there.

The BGI guys have confirmed that AQM has academic issues ... they just haven't said exactly what the issues are.

That's how I feel about his whole recruitment. From the "silent comittment" to the academic issues. The only solid thing ive seen was his statement thst ND was up there, and he talks to his best friend about school. The rest seems like conjecture. Also, I thought there was an all is well thrown in this thread.

Um, Miami is in the ACC.
