IDK...for one, I cannot fathom being in a fight on the sidelines and living to tell about it...never played for a coach that would not totally drop both guys to the bottom of the depth chart if he didn't kick them off the team...

I get guys going to fists and fighting in the heat of battle in practice, expecially during fall camp...alot of tension...but come on...at a bowl game that was televised...on the sideline, ith a guy on your unit...LOSERS!

Exactly. When I saw this on Yahoo it was called a "brawl". Disappointed to say the least.

punches were thrown, not sure what you hardasses consider a brawl, but they were throwing full punches before they were separated. Was it a UFC bout? No, but those two were intent on hurting each other.

He came from the same school as Davonte. Was likely offered by Arizona in an attempt to land Davonte. He only had one other offer from NIU.

I was surprised when I recognized him immediately too.

Either of those would describe the scene accurately. A few punches with only one or two connecting...
