I actually have the season on DVR. But I know with new technology updates and such I want to have this season to keep. It is selling for $79.99, all 12 games in their entirety.

For one it would be a better deal to wait until after the title game for the championship game included (especially if we win). And yes $80 is high. I was giving you a hard time for the extreme response that took you all of 1 min to develop.

Actually I should have stated my intention more clearly and that was to get opinions on the best option to capture the season for keepsake.

The price will come down and if after the NC game we are 13-0, I would like to have it. I got a box set of classic games which includes the 93' FSU game and the 88' Miami game(8 games in all) for 15 bucks on Amazon. Originally retailed at 80 bucks.

I'm pumped they're offering this! I've been thinking about this with each passing week (and each victory). I'll definitely be buying this if 1) ND wins the championship and 2) They add the NC game to the set.

I imagine if ND wins the NC, there will be a highlight compilation video of the entire season. I still occasionally pull out my dad's blue cover VHS of the '88 season highlights. Its got some black fuzzy lines in it occasionally, but listening to the late Harry Kalas narrate it makes up for it.

My guess is if we win the championship they keep selling this along with a stand alone dvd of the BCS championship for $15-20

I'm sorry $80 is nuts. They do this for NFL teams and I don't remember it costing anywhere near $80. Justify it for me this way, there better be all sorts of behind te scenes/mic'd up footage like Onward Notre Dame and I still don't know if I could drop a cool $80 on it.

$Free.99. I do this not for the pirating aspects, but mostly so my shipmates/soldiers overseas can see the games. You can't torrent on the ship, so they often need to play one hell of a game of catch up.

Does any one know if Down in the Bend will be posting the rest of the condensed games for the year? That really is the best way to go. No commercials, and no time between plays.
