This was the game Hendrix shined in last year. He had one bad pass in the blue and gold game and everyone threw him away.

On those punts SU is dropping 9 men back to try and set up a return. They send one man toward the punter and he stops short of the 3 man punter wall.

Why isn't ND having Turk fake the punt and run with 3 blockers in front versus 1 defender?

Defense keeping us in this... Calabrese a liability on that last drive. Need to establish the run, offensive line needs to regroup, and call some plays to counteract Stanford's aggressiveness.

Not really. They are sending the house every single time. Eifert was wide open on the slant. We need to start hitting that.

Where's the running game? Cierre? GAIII? The O Line is getting it handed to them but Stanford is blitzing constantly. Run the ball, counteract some blitz action.

Our blocking is pathetic.Their defensive front is easily able to pressure Golson with only 4 rushing. Not to mention Kelly's playcalling right now is pretty suspect. Golson looks scared out there and can't make a decision...I like him, but I would love to see us put Rees in right now to try and right the ship.

Inexperienced QB. I am afraid if Rees goes in he may get killed. Nice if they showed a wider view of field on tv to see if recievers are open.

Starting field position is killing us. Whether it's due to punts, penalties, or Bennetts int, we are always starting with at least 80 yards to the endzone.
