Who is Likely Next (2013)

not to change the subject, but I've not been keeping up with the recruiting news. For the sake of me not reading all 45 pages of this thread, does anyone feel like putting together a quickie summary of where we're at in terms of recruiting this class right now (who the top commits are/what they bring, number of spots left, thin areas, who we're still going after/how interested are they/what other schools are they into, who is likely back for 5th year, etc)?. 500 words or less, haha. Thanks.

In short we have as of today the best linebacker core in the nation coming in headlined by Top 5 player Jaylon Smith, a Fort Wayne native. We have a Top 3 OL class coming in that are all big kids. We have a solid group of WRs coming in, of which one is David Robinson's son and another is Torii Hunter's son. Malik Zaire is a lefty QB that got Elite 11 honors an we have a couple athletes coming in to play DB. Isaac Rochell is a DL out of GA and was a good pull. We still need a lock down DB.

Honestly, between the way the class has already taken form and the remaining needs/targets, I think it could possibly be December/January before anybody else is added to the right side of the front page.

Agreed, looks to be very promising, would rather sooner than later, but as long as we get him it's a major + .

1. I think only one of Fox/Calabrese gets a 5th

2. IMO Wood is most likely gone after this season

3. I should have said a commit/decommit/injury/transfer before signing day wouldn't surprise me.

The more we win, the less likely this is going to happen. But it is recruiting, can't get rattle anymore. We have had some disasters in the past. i'm guessing we have grown from that. Next man in!

yeah if he plays up to his potential the rest of the season (which I think he will) I think he leaves. Plus next year he has to share with GAIII.

I think GAIII will get more carries next year than Theo does this year IMO

GAIII has that thing you can't teach: Home Run speed

think it would be a mistake for cierre to leave early...RB's don't get picked too high too often in the draft nowadays unless he's a rare talent whose game relates well to the league and as much as i like cierre his game does not relate well to the next level enough to spend a high draft pick on. needs to stay
