If ND was 0-2 with a crummy recruiting class on the horizon, I could read the original post with some sympathy. And I think we all have some concerns or questions, and likely will until the Irish are a Top Ten mainstay (and even then!).

But as it is, I think this is overstated. We have a coach just starting to get his own guys and system in place, and who has a record of having achieved success in Division 1 with much less talent than he has now (and much less opportunity to continue to gain better talent). A 5-7 season this year, and we can talk.
