The English board of tourism put out some laughably low numbers for the English attending this Euro. Poland/Ukraine have been price gauging, the media report on racism, and the fact that the eastern European hooligans are ****ing crazier, makes for an anticipated low turnout by the Brits. There are jerkoffs in every country, so we'll see who makes an *** of themselves.

Not really a red. He pushed the ball away from goal and straight to a defender. Yellow for Scezney, not a sending off. The Greece yellows weren't even yellows either, so getting sent off for two was atrocious. The Ref blew it.

I was referring more to greece's goal. You just have to clear the ball and not worry about anyone else. The refs were horrendous though I agree on that.

Czech republic has a black player. Was really surprised when I saw that. the announcers said he was the first black player for them ever.

The Czechs are killing the Russians right now. It's only 10 minutes in but if Russia doesn't turn it around it could be a 3 or 4 nil game

Oh my bad, yes he certainly needs to be more decisive clearing his box. That was totally his fault.

Black guy on CR has a father from Ethiopia. Pretty cool considering the slavs tend to be racist themselves, when they are on most racist groups' list. Oh the irony. In any event, it's a minority, like most places. Most Eastern Europeans are just looking to get in on the economic opportunities of the west and evolve their nations after decades of subjugation under the former USSR. A lot are still trying to learn how to deal with such a drastic change only two decades ago.

And then there is that Russian goal against the run of play. Czechs were great at dominating possession, and then Russia strikes with that. Poor Petr Cech. Reminds me of Tim Howard on USA but in an even worse scenario.

Each team's defense is simply put horrible. I'd rather have the USMNT's defense then either of these which says a lot because that's the US's weakest position group
