ACamp, where is Victorville? I just moved from south orange county Mission Viejo area. I miss the weather out there, I haven't seen snow like this in 10 years. How is it over there anyways? I heard it snowed a couple of weeks ago. I'm having a Bud Light right now wishing it was a Fat Tire lol. I'll definetly try Arrogant Batard when I'm out there again just for the name alone!

Yeah I know Aquinas... played them in football AND baseball back in the day I believe... can't remember what city you guys are from though??? Anyway two summers ago I was washing cars paying for school... 120 degrees for two weeks straight... that hot enough??? I'm born and raised here and never saw anything quite like that...

Also reside in Redlands... just as hot really... Victorville is the parents' place... Redlands is my place...

I hit up the dirty bird weekly!! the shuffle board is a big thing in my crowd!!!!

These days it's WAY cheaper than the boiler room, Charlie Jewels and the Vault... although the Vault is pretty damn cool... I live a block down from the vault on Olive....

I haven't been gone that long! I do miss sunset drive, in and out burger, skiing, and the beach. I do miss round table pizza.. way too expensive even then, but probably the best in town at the time.

BTW i used to work at maxwell street pizza for 2 yrs while at Aquinas.

Had a In N Out Double Double Combo both burger and fries Animal Style last week in San Ber.... nothing beats it... I find people from cali LOVE INO while people who never had it and live elsewhere bash it consistently... jealousy?? I think so

LOL my brother who lives in wash d.c. married a yucaipa gal. (not your typical one i assure you!) but i remember her saying that at yucaipa high school, the saying was "Yucaipa my car, i breaka your face" i guess times do change and for the better.

Agreed Budweiser is absloutely the worst beer ever invented. It is plain disgusting and is an insult to all of the other brews that don't taste like complete shit.

I drove a beer truck for Ballantine Brewery in one of my many jobs working my way through college. There were lots of breweries back them.

Anheuser Busch who was a principal player decided to become the Walmart and destroy the competition. First they did taste tests across the country and brewed the bell shape curve beer. Not the best beer but the one that appealed to the masses. Then they improved transportation. Where breweries were regional and shippped almost exlusively within their region. Busch opened multiple plants and competed in many regions but like Walmart they could stagger pricing and blow out the competition in one market at a time. And one by one the regional breweries folded leaving the common denominator of beers Budweiser to rule the market.
