Why is it a 4PM start?

I can never remember a Notre Dame home game that wasn't a scheduled night game, to not start at 2:30 or 3:30. What is this 4:00pm start all about? It's not a big deal but I had no idea until a buddy just told me. I just assumed it would be a 3:30 start....

The games have been starting later this year. No more 2:30s. Not sure why.

NBC covering the game...correct? I do a pre veiw at 4 EST on NBC and they do not list the ND game. Does anyone know why...or shere the game will be shown? Versus?

NBC at 4 and the reason for the later start is NBC is covering the Presidents Cup in Australia
