Why does ND always choke in the Tournament?

This is the best, most athletic team Brey has had in a really long time. When Notre Dame went on those Big East Tourney runs and everyone though Notre Dame could make some noise in the NCAA tournament, they always had to rely on one player (Harangody, Hansbrough, Kyle McAlarney). Not only do I think Jerian Grant is better than Hansbrough and McAlarney, but the team doesn't have to rely on Jerian as much. Vasturia is .3 points away from having all 5 starters fro averaging double figures. If Brey can't make the Sweet 16 with this team, I'm not sure he will ever make it again

Agree, Jackson and Grant have the athletic skills, but our front line could be improved athletically. That's not to say there isn't effort.

It will be very interesting to see what happens. I still don't believe we'll make it past the 2nd round given ND's tournament history with Brey. However, I am fully confident we will win the first game. I'd be happy to be wrong about the former.
