F. Early signing period? If it's done ethically, sure.

c. Most hated team (USC, Michigan, or other?) USC less than I used to, Michigan more lately. But the Miami Convicts always hold a special place of contempt for me.
d. Current playoff system, 6 teams, 8+ teams, or other? 6-8 and I feel it's coming sooner than later.
e. Scheduling (toughest possible or other?) I think we're heading in the right direction. Schedule Navy early or before a bye. Get to Cali every year.
f. Play a 13th game against Hawaii? Not enough upside to risk fluke injuries or a close shave.
g. What program is the biggest threat to ND? (OSU, USC, Alabama, etc.) USC still has ND's number more often than not. Beating them consistently will be a big boost.

1. Independence (keep it or join a conference?)- I think Jack did a great thing by allowing us to keep independence (which is important) but having all the affiliation of a conference
2. Field Turf or Grass? I really like the field turf and any northern team should have it
3. Jumbotron? It would be okay

"Recruiting"

A. Shoot for the moon or limit recruiting to RKGs? Both are necessary, Get quality depth with potential and then go over after the big guns.
B. Take JUCOs? Not a big JUCO guy but I dont mind transfers particularly fifth year guys
C. Oversigning? not a fan but keep competitive
D. What matters most for recruits? (offer list, stars, the tape, or do you just trust the coaches?)? In order of importance Coaches, tape, stars, offer list.
E. Guaranteed 4 year scholarships? Yes
F. Early signing period? No
G Favorite Recruiting analyst? Wiltfong, Christian, Anna

3. Jumbotron? Could be the same as the turf answer, but I like a couple smaller screens over one large "Jumbotron". Either way absolutely no advertisements around it.

A. Shoot for the moon or limit recruiting to RKGs? Always have to shoot for the moon on a couple, but you need to have a solid base of RKGs.
B. Take JUCOs? Yes, when there is a position of need.
C. Oversigning? Only if you are cutting players that have their degree already (ie. fifth year players)
D. What matters most for recruits? (offer list, stars, the tape, or do you just trust the coaches?)? Offer list with stars being a close second.
E. Guaranteed 4 year scholarships? Yes
F. Early signing period? Yes, but in August or early September so it does not interfere with the season
G Favorite Recruiting analyst? Don't really know.
H. Favorite recruiting site (Rivals, 247, Scout, other)? IE (I used to use scout before they changed everything, now probably 247)
