McDonald's is God's little gift to all of us. I could eat it for every meal. Unfortunately, I rarely ever have it anymore. I gave up the fast food as much as I can so as not to get overweight. Man, getting past you early 30's sucks.

I always thought it was crap, but only drinking water instead of soda or sugary drinks really does make a difference. I can eat more as a result.

Being over 30 is hard that way. Defiantely can't eat like I did when I was in the marines or in college. Every meal that I eat out seems to stay with me a lot longer, and those boughts with heartburn? When did that crap start?
