I learned that Crist can't handle the lights and should not be asked back for a 5th year. The young QBs are Nd's future

Am I the only one who thinks our offense wasn't getting the ball off fast enough last night? I mean, for running a spread no huddle our pace just didn't look very fast. For example, on several occasions I saw USF substituting guys with relative ease. I always thought that a spread offense was supposed to make it really difficult for the defense to sub at all... maybe I'm wrong and that is only oregon but I always thought that was one of the major advantages and purposes of a spread offense

good advice!

good advice!

I had to step back and decide to cut the grass at half time, before I threw the baby out with the bath water. Can't make 18 and 19 years old to do what you want them to all the time. It is like herding cats, watching these games. Looked to me like BK needed to step back and chill a bit, before he destroys some young lives.

Really? Destroys some young lives? No one is going to have their lives destroyed by being yelled at and if they are that fragile they really shouldn't be playing sports.

I learned that if ND loses a game it shouldn't, we fight like girls on here during the game and start a lot of threads the next day.

Definitely lots of "in-fighting". Obviously people are upset. But saw way too many similiar threads all saying the sky is falling. Even that BK was "too hard on players" when they made mistakes. With 5 turnovers I feel like BK showed restraint in not Woody Hayesing somebody.

ND is better than they showed...and next week we show that to 110K in Ann Arbor.

Talking about BK remember that he specifically said when asked about expectations that he expected his team to play up to their abilities and therefore the fact that they definetly didn't was what threw him over the top. In that case can you rele blame him?

these may have been said already but i do not have the time or patience to read 17 pages worth of mostly asinine posts.

1) both sides of the ball played how we thought they would minus the turnovers. for the most point, our offense drove down the field at will but faltered mightily in the red zone. BK now knows what to focus on this week.

2) the defense seemed to miss alot of easy tackles.

3)tommy rees played great. interceptions will happen. he made a f****** b-e-autiful throw to floyd for that td. regardless of what half of you think, he can make almost any throw and dyne really struggles. i really like tommy and his demeanor
