Only positive to take from the Michigan outcome is that if they can do it, there's genuinely no reason we can't. We recruit better and have the same default style of run-first bully ball.

Who knows? Maybe it will inspire Notre Dame to try to win a national championship. Might light a fire under their ass and stop just trying to be 'relevant.'

I want to see it play out before Michigan is given anything. Penix and Ewers are both great players and both offenses are loaded at the skill positions. Know Michigan's defense is legit, but so is UW and UT's offenses.

Texas has some dudes on both lines and hasn't been a problem tonight for Washington. They should be up 7 if not for the punt fumble.

Had only watched some highlights of Washington. Without a doubt, Penix is a stud! I am in awe of his surgical precision and composure. Even more unbelievable and spectacular considering his history of injuries. A very entertaining game so far!

In a shootout I’d take UW over scUM. I don’t think the skunkbears have the quick strike ability of the huskies.

Great. Time of possession doesn't dictate victory though. They can run all day long, but if UW holds on tonight scUM will have a problem keeping up with this passing game. Just not Penix is a stud, their receivers are studs also. This team is very well coached also.

This offense is too explosive and multidimensional. They'll force Michigan to open up, and it'll play right into Washington's tempo.
