Butch Jones met his new team on Friday afternoon just before his introductory press conference.

Jones seized the moment by defining expectations, but he also lightened the mood by adding some pretty solid humor.

Watch the reaction in the team meeting room when Jones tells the Vols that they will operate out the Wing-T and run the ball on every down.

Will enjoy seeing what Butch can make happen at Tennessee. I think it bodes well for him to follow a similar offense to his own. They should have some of the pieces instantly.

I always thought if BK failed I would love to have the man behind him, Butch. I believed in BK, just wasn't sure we would give him the time if it took a bit. Always knew the guy behind could follow where he left off. Glad Butch is a Vol. Always been a silent fan of them. Hope he does well ...

Jones always inherited programs on the up though post- BK, be interesting to see if he can do a rebuilding job in Knoxville
