Whenever Bishop insults someone on here I just think about how much of a loser one has to be to spend their free time on a message board of a school they don’t care about.
You two try so hard. I'll give you that! It’s not even that, he just always jumps right into it. Teenage girl, soy boy, communists etc. It’s not even creative! Nothing of substance, both in his posts and insults. Making up an entire persona to try and be this big manly man on an Internet forum.
@Tejas - feel free to chime in. I feel like you have something you’d like to say.
Yeah it's called taste buds. 🤮🤮🤮Amen, we bicker, but I'd have a beverage at a game with anyone here (And have several times). It's just not gonna be a Corona, I have some kind of intolerance to most beers.
To be fair to him he's used to interacting with fellow Alabama fans. He probably seems like MENSA material. When you have to cosplay on the internet about how important and smart you are but can never provide substance it becomes very easy to see through.
No I don't think so, but I haven't heard much good about this bill. Can you share some information about why it would be good of it passed? Is the sky going to fall too?
It really depends on what your definition of "good" is. I think that ending tax subsidies on clean energy (to the tune of $500B annually) and a number of the other spending cuts or stipulations (ie: stricter work requirements for SNAP benefits for able bodied adults, elimination of medicaid for illegal immigrants) are good things. I think some of the spending priorities in the DOD, DHS, and DOT are good things. As I've stated before, I'm generally against it because I think we need to get real about the national deficit and this will not address that problem and likely add to the debt (but we'll have to see if the CBO projections hold up).No I don't think so, but I haven't heard much good about this bill. I'm good woth these but why would they be in a spending bill? Wouldn't putting regulations/requirements on SNAP be something done outside of a budget bill?spending cuts or stipulations (ie: stricter work requirements for SNAP benefits for able bodied adults, elimination of medicaid for illegal immigrants) are good things.
Because the spending bill is the only thing they can force through so they’re stuffing everything they want into it.I'm good woth these but why would they be in a spending bill? Wouldn't putting regulations/requirements on SNAP be something done outside of a budget bill?
The American Rescue Plan and the Inflation Reduction Act were partisan spending bills with tons of left-wing handouts and crap. Those are going to be pulled back now because they were terrible. This was pretty predictable. Also, the idea that this is going to drive up electricity costs 25% is insane.Because the spending bill is the only thing they can force through so they’re stuffing everything they want into it.
National suicide, honestly pretty funny.
And where would we be without the transgender operas we funded in Chile? This would have been cut if we had more geniuses who didn't understand what they were doing. Medicine and scientific advancements are made that way. It sounds funny in a soundbite.

We wouldn't have Ozempic without Gila monsters — their hunger-regulating venom inspired weight-loss drugs
Ozempic was created thanks to research on Gila monsters, the only venomous lizard in the US. Their venom slows digestion and curbs cravings for hours.www.businessinsider.com
This plus ending the soft imperial power of USAID are gifts to China. I couldn't imagine China having a better US president, even if they let Xi handpick.
The country as a whole would have an extra 47k. There's so much worse wasteful spending you could use to really sell your point. And that money came from the state department not US AID.And where would we be without the transgender operas we funded in Chile?
All because the top 1% still don’t have enough money. It’s not like MAGA is burning the USs global soft power so they can support actual Americans. That would be short sighted but at least understandable I guess. Nope they’re kicking millions of Americans off their healthcare and taking food assistance away too so they can hand out more tax breaks to the rich.USAID didn't pay for that. And all of the grants, just like scientific investing, is for investing in the soft imperial power of the US. The US stops investing in these countries whether it's roads or stadiums or the arts or anything, China is filling that role. Over time, the US loses standing in the world and China takes it. Chinese movies become bigger than the United States, kids from Chile and other places go to college in China instead of the US, end up working there and paying taxes and buying goods there. China is making money while the US is what the UK is now.

1/3 of all rural hospitals were already at risk of closing. If the BBB passes I’d guess that jumps to 1/2. People will literally die.
