Short story....player feels his NFL and track career was ruined as a result of Patterson pressuring him to return early from injury and questionable treatment for his injury. This could have some big implications across the NCAA.

Not to be "that guy," but most of the time these lawsuits are simply money-grubbing BS from a player that flamed out. Doug Randolph tried similar nonsense against ND for no reason other than a pay day.

Agree, but this guy at least was productive in college before the injury. Nothing will probably come of this, but thought it was worth sharing.
