Actually, I think it's this year. They have their best team in a while, and they aren't picked last in their division for the 1st time in awhile. They may not if they have the same record as UK, because UK can bring 60K fans to a game, so UK is a mortal lock if they get 6 wins.

Actually, fans posting on recruits websites/myspaces etc is a secondary violation, so it's not a good idea to do this. UK self reported many of these violations last year regarding BB recruit Patrick Paterson. There is an ambiguous rule prohibiting this practice, especially if the fan has ever donated money or is a season ticket holder with the school. At some point, the NCAA is going to address it, or make an example out of someone. Hopefully not ND, or UK (my other school of choice) because those are two high profile schools, the type the NCAA likes to go after.

Posting on someones MySpace is a no, no....just makes the person look desperate. It's not like the recruit is going to say "Wow they really love me, I think I'll go there now." Glancing over it is fine IMO. I've done that already.

You're supposed to sign in as "BigMichFan69" or "USCCrew" and talk a bunch of crap to recruits......don't you know that?!

I just checked out the UK board, and of course this issue is on the front page. See the link below how one guy brings up a recruits myspace, and then the whole fanbase jumps on him. This happens constantly on that board, which has thousands online at any one time.

I live (somewhat) in UK country, and to be honest I didn't think they even had thousands of fans that knew how to use a computer.:bigsmile:

(Alright, I live in Indiana, and Kentucky is like our Alabama. I couldn't help myself.)
