up until recently i used to crack on Steven Seagal...until he started showing up at UFC shows, and then I saw videos like this. go to 9:00 mark or so when he is showing the front leg kick...ahh, Machida used that very kick to knock out Randy Couture (the very fight he is training for in this video, you hear Seagal talk about 'Randy' in the video). You can tell in the video, the front kick concept is something that Machida does not use often and is not totally familiar with it. Steven Seagal even tells Machida that UFC fighters will never see it coming.

Steven Seagal also showed Anderson Silva the front leg kick, which he used in his very next fight to knock out Vitor Belfort.

I'm not saying that Steven Seagal the best this or that, but I no longer talk smack about Steven Seagal. His movies may suck, but his Aikido aint no joke.

With that I have ammended my thesis. It is not because his hands are so valuable, that he runs that way. It is because his jeans are so damn tight!

No its ok. My work computer blocks somethings such as pictures and videos. I dont even see them. For example, Mr. Larsons post on my CPU does not show anything written, linked or otherwise. Other post that have pictures I can't view either. Must be a spam blocker in our network. I will try to be more cognizant of it. Thanks for pointing it out.
