So I'm curious to see what my fellow Domers are doing on this glorious holiday! I asked for it off for work and seeing if anybody has any fun ideas to do. I have yet to set any plans, I wanna go all out this year and be true to my Irish blood!

Get your Irish Ass up here to Savannah! It cannot be more than 4 hours.

It's a blowout.

How far of a drive would it be from South Bend do you think?

South Bend to Chattanooga is a little over 8 hours, from Chattanooga to Savan. is about 6-7 hours.
I used Chattanooga as a refrence point because I-75 runs through Chatt. and to get to Savan. from Chatt. you have to take 75. Also when I go to South Bend I have to take 75 to Indy and then go to South bend that way.

About right - NDChatt - I am in Savannah by the way.

I go to Hilton Head for vacation every year and spend at least 2 days in Savannah while I am there. You have a great city I really enjoy going to Savannah.

Thanks.

What's new in Chatt - don't you have a fairly new aquarium (3-4 years old)?

I think we still have the largest freshwater aquarium that is about 10 years old. Two years ago we opened the largest salt water aquarium and shortly after ours opened Atlanta opened one that is bigger than ours. Chattanooga is growing and becoming a really nice place to live. If anyone is interested in hiking, kyaking and things like that Chattanooga is a great place to visit.

Scranton has one of the biggest St. Patrick's Day parades in the country and it is this saturday. My day will start off at about 700 am with some kegs and eggs. Then I'll head downtown and drink my face off with all of the other drunken hoards. It really is a crazy day.

Will do bud. I believe we got 3 kegs of the green demon for the event. At the reception, my wedding party is being introduced to the BAND ENTERING THE STADIUM (I think that's the name of the song the band plays), and my and Mrs. irishnd31 are walking out to TRUMPETS IN THE DOME (ND Fight Song). Looking forward to it.

3 kegs...what the hell is everyone else gonna drink? Roy and I will likely prop ourselves up on those bad boys and stake our claim to one each. You and your guests can fend for themselves! :) Trust me little bro...the more beer I get, the better the speech will be. Remember, paybacks are a bitch!!! Muuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
