Crazy night. Thanks for not getting the Cubs game up. I would have been 0-5 on bets instead of just 0-4.

I Will get that, baseball and the NFL game up when I get home from Work.
I've already bumped two threads with a settlement request, Seattle was one of them and Pit v Det the other.
Thank you for all you and Kpenn do in bkess's absence overseas. It's easy for a game or two particularly late night games to carry over to the next day.

guys i know KPENN and I are online typically on a regular basis. However, we both have jobs and families so if you have interest in games please still request (with some advance please) in this thread. I have this entire sub-forum stickied in my user CP and will definitely see it.
I would have bet on the Miami OH game, an ND opponent, Tuesday night as well as Game 6. I checked several times up until about 6:50 pm but assumed you guys had other priorities, work, family, etc which I understand. I got highjacked tonight by my wife to give out Halloween candy at her sister's house. She reminded me that as Irish descendants Samhain was The Faith Of Our Fathers. It's a tradition that goes back well over 20 centuries. We've only been Christians in my family for the past 16 centuries.
BTW you saved me a bundle of Miami, OH. I would have been along with you with the Dodgers so the night probably would have been a wash.

I lost a bundle on Troy vs So. Alabama. Troy faced a trap game after the LSU win BUT USA is HORRIBLE, their coach has been on the hot seat for past 2 years. I figured if
Troy didn't arrive at the stadium until halftime they'd still cover USA was so bad. Turned out Troy didn't show up at all. My feeling won't be hurt if this game doesn't make the cut. I'm probably the only one with an interest.

BTW for the first round of request I SUGGESTED 2 Saturday Noon games, 2 at 2:30 -3:30, 2 a couple hours later in the next time segment, and then 1 or 2 in the last time slots.
I'm not positive but you guys seem to be putting up more games then were posted by previous vbookies. It's more more for the two of you. Some of the games seem to have only 1 or 2 posters. There may be more bettors but I can't tell how many bet privately. Does the action warrant all your work?
When McGibblets ran the book I asked for NDWB games. He had a difficult time finding odds at the time so I told him to drop them when only myself and another member were taking part.

by the time i realized i almost missed the WS game 6 it was too late to get football up. had no idea colleges were playing on tuesdays either.
The amount of games were getting up most likely isnt warranted by the number of bettors. However, I know KPENN and I enjoy betting ourselves so theres self interest in getting the games up. However, with all the recent belly aching about the front page on Sunday mornings I may limit the number of NFL games that go up if I dont have direct interest or arent requested/suggested.
I dont mind posting games for limited interest as long as I have time. I dont know what KPENN does for a living but I am an external financial statement auditor which requires some travel and busy weeks.

Working on them currently. I am trying a little different format, so it's taking a bit of time.
I like the format. A little bit intimidating upon first opening but it's just 3 games with the options strung together in one post. Games can be bet individually yet reduces Front Page traffic on Saturday. Good idea!
Posters will have to identify their game comments by team, such as, "Great MSU tackle" as otherwise it can refer to any of the games on in the same time slot.
