I thought I saw him throw it when you see a ND player and Purdue player both hit the deck. But the Purdue guy just trucked an ND guy. No takedown.

I swear sometimes refs get bored and just call penalties for the hell of it, and when something happens on a play they try to back out. Both in football and basketball.
