Anyone who has played competitive sports even at the high school level knows there are some losses that just stick with you. They are frustrating, disappointing, annoying... just all around the kind of loss you can't shake until you play the next game.
When that next game comes, one of two things happens. You either come out firing, take out all of that pent up aggression on the opposing team and never look back... or you run into adversity early, let the doubts and frustration creep back in, and the next thing you know it's another stinker of a game.
What I'm wondering is, after a loss like we had last weekend, what type of game are you expecting this weekend? Do you think we are going to come out and stomp Tulsa and maybe pull out an upset or two towards the end of the season? Or do you think we're going to play a stinker and collapse down the stretch?
For my money I'm not sure which I'm leaning towards.
