Really. You'll feel better. The only time I watch ESPN is to watch actual games. I don't watch the jackballs on gameday. I don't care two rat turds what Mike Maye thinks or Curt Fouler. I love Lou, but I won't watch that circus act to catch him.

ABC's studio guys are extensions of ESPN. I don't pay attention to them either.

I don't read ESPN.com. I know their takes. I know their agendas. Listening to them only makes my blood pressure rise. So why bother?

Just watch the Irish. Enjoy the wins. Watch other games as well. But when the halftime show comes on, go play with your kids or take a walk or something. Life is too short to get worked up about this crap.

I love Irish football. But it's entertainment. If listening to those yahoos gets you so worked up, why listen to them? Turn them off and enjoy the great game of college football. It's plenty of fun without the windbags.

For the record, I do watch espn news for scores and highlights. And I actually enjoy the guys who do epsn radio on Saturdays. But not being obnoxious assclowns is probably why those guys are on the radio instead of under the big top.

I haven't watched the four letter network in long time and I'm better for it. Their shows are no longer about sports but about the personalities. If it isn't a live game, I'm not watching.

I find Lou Holtz and Mark May's banter entertaining. I don't take either one seriously. It is all for show.

Lee Corso is a loon. Why anyone would get upset over what he says is beyond me.

I stopped watching Sportscenter so long ago I can't even remember when it was.

Espn is not what it used to be. Once it was purchased by disney it began a slow decline. I do enjoy sportscenter for the info but its not as objective as it was its filled with to many opion type shows which I would rather listen to on the radio. It needs to stick to information only and let the viewer decide for themselves. It is what it is no more no less.

I just made the mistake of watching a video clip of some ESPNU guys analyzing the game this weekend.

I think Poodle must have been giving Luginbill a hand-job under the table. USC's defense has had some really bad games against teams like Arizona, Washington, Oregon St. Yet they talked about it as if it is O$U from last year.

I stopped watching all shows dedicated to college football ever since Ty was let go. I got tired of all the crap that was being said. The only show I ever watched after that was Gameday in the morning. And I only started watching College Final on ESPN when Lou Holtz was brought on. But, if I do happen to be watching Sportscenter, I tend to tune out when they talk college football, because I know that if ND gets mentioned, it will only be something that is going to piss me off.

I am really hating that this game is going to be on ABC and I am forced to listen to the 3 stooges. I really think that Drunkberger gets Troy Smith and Petey from behind. I will mute the game if necessary. Thank god, I was at the MSU game, because from what i gathered they were extremely bad that night.

im looking forward to hearing "NOTHING DOING" by musberger after every run that gains less than 3 yards. :banghead2 Seriously, though, I can't stand how much Musberger loves O$U. He will take every opportunity he can to talk about his favorite team.

ESPN the mag is pretty lame. I've tuned Sportscenter out as far as college football is concerned. They're dead to me. I just don't want to hear what they have to say. There is no logic or sound reasoning behind their opinions whatsoever. ND wins Saturday and it will be because SC is overrated and young this year. That's after 3-4 weeks of kissing their a$$ and saying they are the best 1-loss team and should play for the NC. There is no end to the stupidity. I just watch other things. I haven't read many articles lately either. You find that your life is better because of it.

The same definitely applies to SI's "Heisman Watch", written by one very queer Gene Menez. The guy's obnoxious and I wish I had stopped reading his section 2 months ago.

Funny funny!

I almost can't stomach live events on ESPN either. I used to love Dick Vitale, but after listening to him during the IU-Duke b-ball game the other night....if only radio wasn't a few seconds ahead of the tv feed.

After about 5 minutes, I was forced to watch the entire Southern Cal game on mute. It was somewhat annoying, but I just could not listen to Musberger.

Anyone know who does ND radio (Pagna quit or retired or something, didn't he? Pinkett maybe?) and how the hell do I get it down here?
