Ongoing Construction. Yes, the construction goes on until it is finished. It is ongoing by its very nature.

How about "sugary sweet?" As opposed to what? Salty sweet? Sugary bitter?

Well..... The foodie in me wants to argue here. Lol. Not all sweet tastes are from sugar. Some ketones and aldehydes are also sweet tasting. So in essenence yes sugary sweet is accurate in so far as the source of the sweetness. Also sweet is one of the five tastes like bitter and therefor you cannot have one thing that is bitter sweet unless it is a mix of the tastes. Like lemonade.
