Since this is the low point of the season I was curious what my IE brethren do to get your mind away from the game after this? The thing I was hoping for that I mentioned in chat of welcoming my niece into the world seems like it won't happen tonight which gives me a day tomorrow to try to not think about this loss while the better half is at work and to distract me from being anxious about my niece so Ill be watching my normal post loss shows; the office, how I met your mother, batman the animated series, and Big Bang Theory so I wonder if any of you have a Sunday distraction? Hopefully my niece can be born soon because while I'm not even an uncle yet let alone a dad I can only speculate that hanging with your kids or nieces or nephews is the best feeling in the world

I really don't get too mad anymore. Going through the Willingham and Weis years significantly numbed the pain. There are more important things to worry about. (Like the 450,000,000,000 vbucks I lost on ND today)

Well. Let's see. There's wine. There's beer. There's whisky. There's Vodka. There's Tequila. There's ...

There's sleep.

You get the idea.

Time heals all wounds, just as time and tide wait for no man.

The gentlemen's club thread

Sure.

Gravitate to the short term while dismissing and ignoring the long term.

Inflated boobs take precedence over inflated expectations.

I watched Lone Survivor for the first time tonight. That made feeling anything about football seem really petty and stupid.

It's just a bad dream. I'm going to wake up and it'll be Saturday morning.

No there is not. ;) I'm kidding, a bit.

I tell you my whole life evolves around game day, that will never change.

I also have my Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs athletics to distract me. The football team went undefeated in the regular season, the women's volleyball team is #2 in the country, and most importantly the men's hockey team just swept the #1 Minnesota-Twin Cites Golden Gophers and are on a 5 game win streak. Good times to be a Bulldog!
