New design looks great. I like the blue and gold better than the green.

Jason,

1. I like the idea of the green base "IrishEnvy" logo on top of each screen. The dark blue and 3D gold is striking.
2. Neutral on user info on thread layout.
3. Go to HYBRID as a fixed display mode.
4. Have to see a liquid style before deciding.
5. Like what I see so far - impression of cleaner and less clutter.
6. Slightly fade the pictures adjacent to the Logo. Gives Logo more depth.

One other suggestion I had would be some sort of marker on the title of profile threads of recruits that could show you that they had a confirmed offer.

I think this is a great offer. I think we'll start adding (Official Offer) in the title of user's that have offers. Good suggestion!
