why does everyone consider bellicheat a model coach?

He is the model NFL coach IMO. He manages egos better than anyone, maximizes the potential of all his players, can resurrect the career of washed up all-pros everyone else wrote off, and doesn't care what the media or anyone thinks of him or his team. Regardless, I think he's a scumbag, and yes, he did get get caught cheating.

Look at how many of his coordinators and position coaches got hired as head coaches. Off the top of my head, Nick Saban, Romeo Crenell, Nick Mangini, and Al Groh. This is not including head coaching jobs for college football. The guy runs a great program and turns out players and coaching personnel. Say what you want about him, but he is a great CEO of his football programs and that is why other organizations including our own ND football program wanted to be just like the Patriots and do it the Bellichick way.
