But you have no evidence good sir. 😉
The California High-Speed Rail (CAHSR) project is facing critical challenges, including costs projected to exceed $128 billion, massive construction delays, a shrinking scope (now focusing on a 171-mile Central Valley segment), and a significant funding gap of over $7 billion. A July 2025 federal report confirmed the project missed key milestones, such as trainset procurement and electrification, and faces potential loss of federal support.

Drayer captioned the KTLA story headline that read "A new state bill aims to shield certain information about California's High-speed Rail project from the public" with this:
"Democracy dies in darkness."

Then you stated:
"They have to cover it up. It's so bad their boy Gavin, won't have a chance to get elected if everyone sees all the details."

I rightly replied that neither you nor Drayer have any evidence that the bill is about keeping the public in darkness or that they're trying to cover things up.

In fact, if you read the KTLA story, the CA law maker sponsor states that the shielding from the public is only pertaining to certain “Security fraud detection controls, petty litigation" which are things that don't "add to the public value because they can be exploited."

So nice try... Gotta keep you guys and your propaganda honest. ;)

Thanks for confirming you have no idea how to read a bill and only how to parrot talking points.

We’ve learned that the people illegally voting aren’t keeping data, the Epstein conspiracy is still on if Jamie Raskin says so, and attempts to conceal the dramatic failure of CA high speed rail are just fraud protection measures.

If you look at what they are doing in real life- is giving themselves flexibility to protect audit reports that demonstrate “weakness” such as contract failures, procurement failures, internal control failures, management breakdowns, or whatever else they want to conceal. It grants internal communication discovery protection and is a big shield to basically close the curtain on one of the biggest infrastructure failures our country has ever seen. The timing with Newsom running is coincidental but likely done from his agenda to try to hide this ahead of 2028. The only propaganda is the bullshit pretending this is somehow tied to fraud detection. If the last few months have taught us anything it’s that Dems don’t give two shits about blue state fraud. This is a shield bill to kill transparency. Sorry to shutdown the bullshit you bought.

Deflect, deflect, deflect, you still haven't proven they trying to keep the public in darkness and hide the project delays.

I'll take them at their face value and it will go through the CA law makers (the sponsor said she's going to further streamline and clarify the language.

You're just spouting out your propagandized opinion from a 9-word headline and didn't bother to watch the story.

Actually, I pulled the bill. https://legiscan.com/CA/text/AB1608/2025

There’s no reason for a state legislator to run this except to provide cover for a failure. This had to be on Newsoms wish list. It gives broad discretion to bury anything tied to the project, which I challenge you to find good news on. This is a kill transparency bill. If you are waiting for Dems to acknowledge that before believing it, enjoy life in the bubble.

You don’t seem to be using that logic when it comes to Trump and the Epstein files. ;)

Notice I also said "It will go through the CA law makers (the sponsor said she's going to further streamline and clarify the language.)"

We can also take Trump's, Bondi's, and the FBI/DOJ's pronouncements at face value, but unlike going through a bi-partisan process and making adjustments, we're just told, despite the files pointing to that an investigation should be initiated, "nothing to see here, move along..."

I just want to correct your lies. The White House said there’s no evidence to link Trump to any wrongdoing, so everything you have implied is bullshit.

Wrong, I never said I have any proof but Trump and a lot of his current cabinet staff are mentioned and/or associated with Epstein's enterprise which is why I do take liberties in calling them scum.

That said, to your point, an independent investigation needs to be initiated. What are we gonna do? Just let this go and everyone who committed crimes gets off scot free even though the files clearly show something heinous going on?

It needs to be determined who's in this pool which is why we need the investigation.

This we can agree on. Given the names that have come out, getting an independent investigator would be as likely as me hitting the lottery.

That sounds about right and is sad; the arrest of Andrew fka The Prince is proof that a little effort to investigate these heinous acts can yield prosecutions.

You’d think we could at least get creepy Reid Hoffman. He seems like the worst and most eager kid banger of the bunch. The other people all had to be invited and tied. That guy just shows up and sent ice cream (?) and shit.

Super woke Cato strikes again

They didn’t tabulate the data themselves, they used the same data set from the Global Terrorism Database which relied on sources like the SPLC to identify the political motivations. This data set has a guy who cited the Communist Manifesto and his hatred for George Bush in his suicide note as "right-wing" because it was anti-government 2010 Austin suicide attack - Wikipedia

I mean, it's Cato. Not exactly a left leaning organization.

I'll continue to encourage the MAGA folks to produce any sort of chart to defend their position. I don't know if they're able to.

You guys saw the pink hairs get offended at everything and decided to do it yourself. Or everything is done through a race based view and you guys have never heard of self deprecating humor.

I’m not offended. I’m excited. The attack ads are writing themselves. Also, I’m not black. He wasn’t undercutting my intelligence.

At this point I hope the coked out retard gets the nomination. Dems always label Republicans stupid and then burden us with Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and 960 SAT, happy hands, nepo baby Newsome. Put AOC and Jazzy on the stage with him and watch Josh Shapiro struggle to get 2% of the primary vote.

Republicans are such limp dicks for not having 80% of Congress and POTUS locked down. What a bunch of absolute pussies.
