"Please forgive me if my comments do not come across as Christ Like" is how I start 5 sentences a day.

More than that if my mother in law is around.
They actually verbalized the kangaroo court aspect of their process. They explicitly said they didn’t think they would have to whip any ones votes and they are pisses at the ones who didn’t vote with them. That is what led to all the criticisms. Had they all voted to expell all three then they’d be spared from the racist accusations 😂

People in this country, on both sides of the aisle, couldn't name their own state rep right now if you asked them but they know who these two guys are. However they feel about it.

The part that really gets me is there were three and they let the white lady stay but expelled the two black dudes. Talk about miscalculation and showing your ass.
Supposedly Gloria Johnson apologized for her actions while Justin Jones doubled down which is why he was removed. He's got a history of controversy that's followed him. During the Floyd protests he was charged with 15 counts of assault and assault of an officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, trespassing, and other acts. The charges ultimately got dropped along with other protesters as the prosecutors probably decided they didn't want the headache from a backlash.

The same year in the United States (2010) there were 30,000 gun deaths in the United States. 30+% of them were homicides. Also, China has more than a billion more people. This “spate” of attacks would be a drop in the bucket in the US.

From your article, the school violence at the Chinese school that is compared to Sandy Hook had a big disparity in deaths, which can be explained by gun control laws between the two countries. The venue is the same … the results are much different.
You've missed the point. The point is these murder/suicide psychos still target schools for their end game. Does it really matter what weapon they used? Yeah, the deaths aren't the same, but the targets are still the kids. Kids should be safe in schools, period. Even if you could take away the ~400 million guns in this country, which you can't, these people would find other ways to harm the kids. Gun laws only affect law abiding citizens. Until the schools are fortified they will continue to be attacked because they're easy targets.

That audio confirms that repubs and dems are both stupid:
"Save our Democracy from MAGA" cries the dems.
"Save our Republic from the Dems" cries the repubs.

This two-party system has lost all sense of nuance and middle ground and has become an extreme caricature of representation.

Separately, I respect Barrett immensely. He voted based on the facts. The other three are trying to shame him because he voted against party lines and group think despite the fact that they were in the wrong. Sickening. Cepkicky: "You gotta do what's right even if you think it might be wrong" WAT.

That audio confirms it had nothing to do with race. Multiple members mentioned the discrepancies, as I stated. Gloria's actions were different, so he voted differently.

like i originally said:
That audio does no such thing. it only confirms what they are telling each other and that they mad about not being a tota kangaroo entity. It doesn’t say anything about their individual motives.

Now go back and try to actually listen to what Barrett said since he's the one who didn't vote for Gloria. You are completely missing the point.

The other four men in that audio voted for all of the Tennessee three, so they can't be racist. The only one who voted against Gloria gave a legally sound reason for doing so. Are you accusing him of racism?

So tell me who of those 5 men in the audio are racist and why based on what they said.

Cack, your problem is that you only view content to confirm your opinions. The content you posted clearly depicts 4 men voting to expel all three, and one man who stood against them because Gloria's actions differed and her lawyer presented irrefutable points. None of that discussion was racially motivated. That's an objective fact.

Based on what? The massive rate of knife violence in nations that prohibit guns? Or just your keen intuition?
We’ll, knives are relatively dangerous, easy to get, easier than making a bomb and I don’t hear about many killings with an adjustable wrench.

Knife homicides just hit their highest level in the UK, up 19% from the previous year.

They are the only country in the world that experiences this. Why won't they be brave and ban sharp objects? It's for the kids. Do they not care about kids?

Meanwhile, clearly not a symptom of societal decay. Here's a city that needs less police.

Christopher Wray said they're aware of the existence of these station(s)? So there's more than one that are/were operating? Fuckin' China, man. Buying up our farmland and debt, stealing technologies, blatant spying with balloons and apparently fake police stations...don't like this one bit.

The article says they're targeting Chinese dissidents in the U.S. that are outspoken about China. Wouldn't be surprised if it goes deeper.

Do they send the ACH payments to the Biden family from these stations too?

I recal many months ago that when I expressed concern over this law expanding and getting worse that I was a true lefty conspiracist theorist and was truly mistaken that conservatives only wanted K-3 kids to be protected from grooming and the great And honest conservative bulwark Ron DeSanctimonious only had the young kids safety in mind. 😂

I guess the bill is still in good hands considering the sponsor is no longer able to vote for it:

We worried about the Hatch act now that a Dem has done it. 😂 We’re y’all asleep during Cheetolinis reign or just ok with it

At least 13 former Trump administration officials violated the law by intermingling campaigning with their official government duties, according to a new federal investigation released Tuesday.

The report from the Office of Special Counsel says the officials broke the law without consequence and with the administration’s approval as part of a “willful disregard for the Hatch Act,” which prohibits government officials from using their official roles to influence elections, including supporting candidates while acting in their official capacities.

“The cumulative effect of these repeated and public violations was to undermine public confidence in the nonpartisan operation of government,” they wrote, adding that, “such flagrant and unpunished violations erode the principal foundation of our democratic system—the rule of law.”

The office investigated officials’ comments in the lead-up to the 2020 presidential election, including the Republican National Convention, which was held at the White House in a major break from historical norms.

While the Office of Special Counsel concluded that hosting the event at the White House did not itself violate the Hatch Act, it found plenty of other instances where Trump officials did, mostly by promoting the former president’s reelection in media interviews in which they appeared in their official capacity.

Among the officials cited are former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, Jared Kushner, who served as senior adviser to the president, former White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, Kellyanne Conway, then counselor to the president, Stephen Miller, who served as Trump’s senior policy adviser, and Robert O’Brien, the former national security adviser. Conway had been repeatedly cited by the office, which at one point went so far as to call for her removal.

“In each case, the subject official was identified by their official title, discussed administration policies and priorities related to their official duties, and/or spoke from the White House grounds,” the report reads.

The investigation also found that then-Secretary of State Michael Pompeo changed State Department policy to allow himself to speak at Trump’s convention and then referenced official work in his speech. And it found then-acting Secretary of Homeland Security Chad Wolf violated the Hatch Act by presiding over a naturalization ceremony that was orchestrated for convention programming.

“Both reflect the Trump administration’s willingness to manipulate government business for partisan political ends,” the report reads, adding that, “The administration’s willful disregard for the law was especially pernicious considering the timing of when many of these violations took place.”

The report notes the office repeatedly warned Trump White House officials about their violations, but that the former president who is responsible for enforcing the law for high-ranking officials never bothered to do that.

Given the limited power the office has to enforce violations, the report suggested potential changes to the law, including a statutory amendment that would allow it to fine Senate-confirmed presidential appointees and commissioned officers, as well as greater investigative power. They also recommended an amendment to clarify which areas of the White House should be off-limits to political activity.

“(T)he 2020 election revealed that, at least with respect to an administration’s senior most officials, the Hatch Act is only as effective as the White House decides it will be. Where, as happened here, the White House chooses to ignore the Hatch Act’s requirements, then the American public is left with no protection against senior administration officials using their official authority for partisan political gain in violation of the law,” it reads.

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), a nonprofit watchdog group, said the report underscored the need for better enforcement.

“This report confirms that there was nothing less than a systematic co-opting of the powers of the federal government to keep Donald Trump in office,” said Noah Bookbinder, president of the group. “Congress must act now so that this never happens again.”

To be clear:

Hicks, who is GOP, proposed the resolution. The GOP did not propose the resolution.

Jones, who is a Democrat, opposed the resolution, and broke decorum through a demeaning statement. The Democratic party did not break decorum.

Sexton, who is GOP, seems to be targeting Jones while letting others break decorum. Sexton shut Jones down. The GOP did not shut Jones down.

Stop conflating individuals and entire political parties.

and for the record, I think the resolution is stupid. I think the accusation of fascism is stupid, and I think Sexton is childishly targeting Jones. But individual people are committing these acts, not entire political parties.

Why are they calling them police stations when they are not police stations? That really just appears to be emotionally charged rhetoric aimed at creating an emotional reaction rather than a logical thought driven response. Do they have jail cells where they take prisoners to be held until extradited to China illegally?

Maybe it sounds less threatening than "spy network?"
