Presidents don’t use the military for partisan political speeches. Except for this one.

What’s the cost for Florida or Texas to transport migrants vs the cost to provide services? Also, it’s an investment to show Democrats that they are telling lies about the border being secure. Dems will hide from it until it is in their face.

Possibly the worst speech ever delivered by a President.
I can't tell if it's your hyperbole or the constant state of anger that makes it more difficult to take you seriously.

William Henry Harrison gave an inaugeral address in 1841 that was 8445 words and lasted nearly two hours. He did it on a cold, rainy day and died of pneumonia a month later.

So I'd say THAT one is probably the worst.

It was an attack speech. He literally aimed a speech in the direction of his political opponents. It wasn’t even pretending to be unifying. It was an escalation of rhetoric at a time where pro-life facilities have been attacked, judges stalked, and crime is surging. It’s an indefensible speech unless you share his vile sentiment for those who are not aligned with him.

It's jokes af because the same people who freak tf out about Dark Brandon got their rocks off about the below. What we've seen the past couple days is that it's not about anything particular it's about being upset at the process, the emotions, and that others are receiving benefits. Grievance politics sells.

Was he referring to them targeting conservatives in restaurants and Dems rioting in the streets?

No he was struggling to even say the word fascism, but it was the general laundry list of emotional whining.

But for a process guy like yourself, isn't it a bad look to call the other side fascists because you disagree with them? And I think I noticed some military peeps in there too, I think that was mentioned as a bad look?

Idk personally I think it's tacky to have military with you on stage at a press conference, but I know this is something you care deeply about so I wonder if this situation was equally as shocking as Dark Brandon.

You a fan of Viktor Orban, drayer?

I am typically not aligned with an American political party that gushes over foreign dictators at CPAC. I also think Maduro sucks and what he's done to Venezuela is horrendous, so whenever Venezuela gets thrown in my face, that's a conversation I'm happy to have. I'd be pretty mortified if Maduro ever spoke at some kind of Democratic rally or event, but that's not going to happen. Republicans sure like Orban and his rhetoric. Standing ovation worthy. Give a watch, because this is what Uncle Brandon is talking about right here:

As for crime, you should take a look at the crime rates in the House Districts that are held by Republicans. All states. Get a look at Kevin McCarthy's district versus Nancy Pelosi's. Look at the states with the top ten murder rates and who they voted for in 2020. When you speak about surging crime, you should have red, white and blue on the brain. Not just blue.

Your lecturing about rhetoric and vile sentiment rings hollow.

This isn’t even comparable whataboutism.

“Yeah, Biden sort of did that, but Trump really hinted at it years ago”

From the Liberal rag Daily Beast

Bottom line is that Cities like New York and Washington DC can't handle a few thousand immigrants being plopped at their front porch, but a city like Del Rio is? That's totally insane. God bless Martha's Vineyard for handling 50 immigrants. Hopefully these "political stunts" start to make these states that are far away from the border realize how desperate the situation is at the border.

I saw this tweet. Bit of a stretch, imo. The Marines are stationed to defend the entryway to Airforce One, that's pretty routine and part of security detail. I don't recall ever seeing Marines just stationed on either side of the President during a speech though.

It’s clearly a campaign speech.

Context is important too. Biden's speech was directed to the nation and rather divisive. I think someone in the comments pointed out Reagan's was an address to the military. GW's was the "mission accomplished" speech I think, however misplaced it was in hindsight. Don't know what Trump's speech was, but I'm just going to guess it was not good.

The irony is that Drayer has made a change of heart, he is now mad at divisive rhetoric when it was never an issue before.

It is a bit hypocritical though, candidate Biden promising to be a President for all Americans and then falling into the same traps that they all do. I do realize that both sides really want us divided in reality. Politicians make way more money if we're at each others throats. After all, if we were all working towards a common goal politicians wouldn't be able to fund raise for office. How could they sling mud and point out the other guy has all the wrong ideas if they aren't diametrically opposed? It's all such a sham

If you are trying to subvert elections, overturn elections, sack the capital and genuinely undermine our democratic way of government you aren’t an American and deserve to be called out.😂

If you (general you) thought that was a divisive speech and it upset you then you must feel like what MAGA is doing to our country is totally acceptable.

Biden doesn't see blue states or red states, but only the United States is what the libs and principled norms folks told us. The last guy was mean.

Now that he's in office, he sees blue states and fascists. No big deal.

He was pretty clear about who the fascists are.

You a fan of Orban? Was hoping for an answer on that.
