Not much going on until MarchMadness really gets rolling. I have to ask the ultimate Chicago New york question. Pizza: Chicago or New York? I am an east coast guy and it is blasphemy for me to say but I take Chicago's deep dish flaky crust any day.

No way my friend I gotta go with the NY Style pizza. I love the thin pizza that I can just wrap up and pound. If you ever go to NYC go to Big Nicks up on the upper westside. It's the best.

True I do love that thin crust but Chicago style has a whole meal in a slice.

Mama Lina's Pizza in Newport News, VA had a really good sicilian style pizza. I don't like NY much, but I gotta go with it before Chicago.

I totally agree that Old forge, PA has the best pizza. Riviello's, Salerno's, Arcaro & Genell's, and Colrusso's. NY and Chicago doesn't even come close. Trust me.

Italy's pizza is the real deal if you like thin and not the grease mounds America puts on

I think they started a campaign a few years back calling Old Forge, PA the "Pizza Capital of the World". By the way, Old Forge is just outside of Scranton, PA.

I'll take a ole fashioned California Pizza myself... handtossed, cooked on a stone... with each of the following

Pepperoni
Sas.
Bacon
Pineapple
Roma Tomato
Red Onion
Chicken
Artichoke Hearts (the BEST on pizza if you haven't had)
Red Bell Peppers
X Cheese
Cilantro
Garlic

OMG!! In Big Bear I can get just that... never a better pizza

Old Forge's is rectangular and you order a tray. 12 cuts of pizza. Google "pizza capital of the World". They have a double-crusted white pizza that melts in your mouth.

The best pizzas ever are Chicken Club, and Barbeque Chicken from Specialty Pizza Huts.

Home Run Inn is pretty good for frozen pizzas. (BTW, they are the sponsors for this year's Blue/Gold game.)

The pizza is very thin over there, at least in the north (Po Valley region). Agree on the grease as well. It was kind of dry as I recall.

Gotta go with Pizza Margherita in Europe...doesn't matter where. The tast is fresh as they use real mozzarella, tomato, olive oil, garlic and basel. Will be in the UK and Ireland tomorrow for work...gonna have to get me some.

As someone from Scranton I have to completely agree with this, Old Forge is right down the road from me and I hit up Arcaro & Genell's quite frequently. But all of the above are great and there are few more that I would put on there.

Living in Texas, the pizza is pretty much crap, but we can whoop any state's ass when it comes to barbecue.

What's the brand that Jessica Simpson advertises for? It doesn't matter. Whatever she delivers is the best.
