How does this affect ND. Does it help or hurt us?

I think anything that limits transfers would hurt the parity of the sport. It's the number one factor why teams are unable to load up and keep talent. Since we don't really get many (or any) 5* kids out of high school, it's good for us if those players are spread out across many teams. IMO.

Stockpiling talent is what it’s all about. I’ll give you one guess who is complaining about that right now.

That video is nonsense they got rid of it this year and none of that happened. Instead of signing a nli you just signing now your financial aid agreement which is your scholarship
