NFL Fantasy Football Keeper 2020

Fitting that my season would end because CEH just didn't play despite being active. Oh well.

Anyways payouts are as follows:

125 to bkess for winning regular season. Will be sending that today.
125 to playoff 2nd place.
250 to playoff winner.

12-team league.
I am the points leader, which earns a large bonus.
I am in TENTH (10th) place.

I have literally not had a sub-95 week. But I have been beat by opposing teams' best weeks nearly all season. It is uncanny, and similar to what GK has been dealing with in our IE league lol.

I need two of the three teams ahead of me to lose so I can make the playoffs as the 8-seed... all three are currently losing, so I may even get in as a 7-seed. Unbelievably weird year all around.

I am all for that. Last year I had the most points and missed the playoffs.

My issue this year was not so much total points but underperformance by my seemingly great players on paper.

Also Justin Tucker missing his first FG within the 40 in 70 attempts. And on Baltimore's last drive they moved all the way down the field without Dobbins rushing a single time, until the final play where he ran it in.

But the announcer jinx on Tucker was more real than anything I've ever heard. They were begging for him to miss that based on the conversation prior to the kick.

I thought I'd be regretting not starting Cam Akers... I didn't have faith that McVay would keep feeding the rookie with how their backfield rotation had been, and then started cussing when I saw he had all 82 yards on their first drive or whatever.

Thankfully the Ravens defense has been not great lately, and Hunt and Chubb ended up getting it done anyway.

Definitely in. There were talks last year about changing keeper rules. Might want to revisit that.

I'm in, but if we are revisiting the keeper rules, we should probably start with a reset and do completely fresh rosters.

In terms of the keeper rules I think we should rework them for sure. It's something we've been talking about doing for a few seasons now. I wouldn't be totally opposed to just eliminating them completely tbh. I think it just really complicates things since we tend to rotate in a few new users every season. Also since this is a paid league it feels kind of shitty for one guy to get lucky with a late round pick and then have a huge leg up every season, but that also could be addressed with different rules I suppose.
