As good of a state cali is i'm suprised to see stanford with only one recruit from in-state.

In the top 50, we were the most national program taking recruits from 13 states from the Atlantic coast to the Pacific. Next was Stanford with 12.

Wow, thanks for pointing that out, did not even notice... Seriously, with Texas' recruiting pool, they should be in a BCS game every year, no excuses. Texas is always loaded with top recruits and most Texas high school players grow up dreaming to play at UT.

I thought it was interesting to see that both Florida* and FSU didn't really load up on FL players, unlike Da U which had a Texas sized haul.

*edit: I guess 9 is a lot, just not compared to 23
