Hi all down there in Irishland. Us Gopher and Notre Dame fans in Minneapolis want to drive down for a game. Is it best to check out stubhub or just trust the scalpers? Thanks in advance.

Just know the section of the stadium.

I suggest your bring a seating map along with you if you shop scalpers.

If they lose a few games (which I am not expecting) you probably can get them cheap. Last year we bought six tickets for under $20 a ticket outside the stadium for the Western Michigan gam . My brother went up the week before and got some for the same price for Pitt. But they had come off of three loses in previous weeks before. I don't know what you can pickup outside the stadium when they are winning.

I love the stadium because of the one layer layout. IMO there is not a bad seat in the place. It is not like your gonna end up in a nose bleed, upper level behind a pole.

I live close enough that if I don't find tickets it is not a big lose. I would just go watch the game at the Joyce Center. Minneaopolis is a long way to go without tickets in hand.

High risk/High reward to wait for tickets or buy them now:

-Expectations are sky high for this year, so tickets are going for a good amount as of right now
-If expectations are met, you can bet tickets will steadily increase even higher in price throughout the season

On the other hand:

-If you wait and expectations are not met, you will be able to score tickets for not very much to the lower-tier games

*With that said, I would much rather cough up a pretty penny and go when the team is firing on all cylinders than during a down-stretch. That place is freaking AMAZING to see a game when there is something on the line.
