I'm terrible with odds unless it has 2 columns that say Favorite and Underdog with the spread in the middle. So, does this mean that ND is favored to win or we're underdogs? I'm assuming we're favored, but when I ASSUME, I make an ASS out of U and ME.

Generous for who? I'd have a hard time picking ND to cover 16 points. It's very possible, but I've seen too much inconsistency this year to take that bet.

A plus sign, PU + 16, means they get the points. They're the underdog.
