Agreed but they said it happened before an hour before kickoff so the officials have no jurisdiction until an hour before the start time.

He’s also a WR who is their emergency QB after starter was out for the season for injury. He’s already set team record for rushing yds by a QB. He won the Paul Hornung Award for most versatile player. He’ll likely get drafted as a WR.
